As a club dedicated to fostering a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment, we are committed to addressing concerns that genuinely impact our members wellbeing. We encourage open communication and welcome constructive feedback to help us continually improve our services and uphold the highest standards of care and integrity.

Given that our organisation is volunteer-led, we also recognise the need to focus our time and resources on matters that bring the most direct benefit to our members. To that end, we kindly ask members to direct genuine safeguarding or welfare concerns to our welfare team, and submit all other types of complaints to the committee via the form below. The committee will review these submissions during our next meeting and provide feedback accordingly.
