Falkirk Community Trust Sports Scholarship Pass
The Sports Scholarship Pass is a scheme supported by Falkirk Community Trust to provide free access to Trust sporting facilities such as Circuit Clubs, Sports Halls, Fitness Rooms, Athletics Track, Weights Room, Swimming Pools & Squash Courts for athletes who meet the following qualification criteria.
- A resident in Falkirk Council area
- Scottish International individual athlete or Scottish squad member (not in the final squad or team yet) or Scottish select squad member or team member or GB individual athlete or team member or GB select (reserve) squad for individual or team member
Your application needs to be countersigned by either a Central Sporting Partnership officer or your National Governing body indicating that you do meet the necessary criteria
If you feel that you meet these criteria, then complete the form and post it to Jamie McDonald at the address listed below rather than the one listed on the form.
Jamie will sign the forms and forward them onto the Falkirk Community Trust
