The new cross country season starts very soon with the first event being the East District relays on Saturday 7th October. An email with a link to the Google form should arrive in your inboxes soon to help us collect availability for everyone this season.
If you would like to run in the East relays can you make sure you return your form by Sunday 17th September so number of teams to be entered can be sorted out.
Can you also check your Scottish athletics membership will be valid on Saturday 7th October. If it expires before then can you ensure it is renewed before Thursday 21st September to ensure your entry is accepted.
