The new cross country season starts very soon with the first event being the East District relays on Saturday 5th October. An email with a link to the Google form should have arrived in your inboxes to allow you to indicate your availability for the upcoming season.
A big thank you to everyone who has already returned the form. For everyone else, if you would like to run in the East relays can you make sure you complete your form by Friday 13th September so number of teams to be entered can be sorted out. Thank you!
Can you also check your Scottish athletics membership will be valid on Saturday 5th October. If it expires before then can you ensure it is renewed before Thursday 19th September to ensure your entry is accepted.
