Masters Success in Belfast for our Good Morning runners!

It was a big day for the Good Morning Runners training group today. With 3 racing XC in Belfast in the British and Irish Masters XC international. This is the only event worldwide where Scottish Masters get to race against other nations in a Scottish vest.
We had a very successful day, coming home with a full set of medals plus a spare one!
Robert Donachie was part of the Gold medal winning team of M75-79. Provisional results suggest that this is the only team gold won by Scotland today.
Fiona Matheson won individual silver and she lead her team to the W60-64 silver medal. In the 3rd race of the day Coach Grant Matheson was 2nd counter as his team of M60-64 runners secured the bronze medal.
