This is a reminder that the first event in the East District League takes place on Saturday 1^st November at Kirkcaldy.

Thank you to all athletes who have indicated your availability via Google form. For other athletes this is a turn up on the day event but if you can let us know in advance, through the google form link below, it helps team managers know who to look out for on the day.

Once you are at the event look out for the club tent or banner and you will be able to collect a number from there. Remember to bring pins.

There has been lots of interest in this event through the Google form. Thank you to the athletes who have already entered themselves. This is just a wee reminder to everyone else that the closing date for this event is 5 p.m. this Thursday, 23rd October. The night you’ve all been waiting for is almost upon us. Our annual awards presentation will take place on Saturday 1st November at The Dobbie Hall from 7pm to 12.30am.
All details can be found on the poster below. 

You can buy your tickets from Jane in the Grangemouth Stadium café on the following dates –

Tickets are priced at £15 per person. However a hardship fund is available for those who wish to attend but are unable to afford the cost. Applications for this fund will be kept confidential and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Falkirk was well represented at the East District Cross Country Relay Championships in Dechmont Law Park Livingston where we entered 12 teams.

Grangemouth Stadium now have their membership payment system up and running. 
This will work similarly to the way Falkirk Council done things with a monthly unlimited or a PAYG option. 
Please could all members who use the stadium sign up and select the relevant monthly membership here.

Dear Member,
I am happy to announce we will have an indoor league this winter, as you may have heard there was some uncertainty behind whether or not this league could continue.

New age groups – U12, U14, U16, U18, unfortunately the league have decided to drop the u20 category and B strings, apologies to those this will affect.

All events will be held on a Sunday at The Emirates Arena. The final will be for the top scoring age groups who make it to that event, therefor it is important to highlight that this is a competitive league & athletes will be chosen based on their past performances.

National  XC relays Saturday 25th October 2025 Cumbernauld (all athletes U13 upwards)

Thank you to everyone who has indicated their availability for the National XC relays.

Just a reminder that the closing date for this event is Thursday 9th October. If you haven’t already returned your google form and want to run, can you please return it by end of day on Sunday 5th October at the latest to allow time for team managers to sort out the number of teams to be entered before the closing date.
