Grangemouth Stadium Payment Change for FVH Athletes

Dear Member, This is a polite reminder to set up your Direct Debit payment system at the Stadium as there are a few Athletes still paying at the door and swiping their card.

In a few weeks they will be introducing a set up fee for the Direct Debit which will cost you an approximate £14 as a one off fee on top of the Direct Debit charge.

We encourage you all to get your forms completed and set up as soon as you can please.

They also have the ability to pause your account if for some reason you can not make the track and this will mean that you will not lose any monies if you are not able to come to the Stadium at any time over a certain period.

FVH Open Graded – 5th July 2023

Stadium Users paying for training – Change of payment starts today therefore delays tonight in paying at desk

All just a gentle reminder that there is a new payment system for Grangemouth Stadium from today. If you can please come early to training tonight so you will have time to set up their new payment details at the desk.

An alternative is if you do not need to sign up to the new monthly payment direct debit then someone in the cafe from the Club can take all your cards and will take them to the desk during training.

See attached notice from Stadium

FVH – Morning Training Sessions Available with a Level 2 Coach

Morning training sessions now available with Qualified Level two Running Coach.

Retired, working shifts, free time in the mornings?

Falkirk Victoria Harriers can now offer coached runner sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10am, held at various Falkirk locations.

Have you ran a parkrun and want to get faster, or train for a longer distance?

Is your training in a rut and would benefit from following a structured training plan from a group of qualified coaches to improve you as a runner?

We have a small group of runners who come along already. They’re training for distances from 3k to ultra marathons. What are you training for?

No adult (18+) is too young or too old, too fast or too slow.

Sessions include the big five – warming up properly, dynamic stretching drills, interval training, cooling down and static stretching. Oh, and coffee and cake afterwards from time to time.

If you’re a Falkirk Victoria Harriers member you can come along, and if you’re not a member we can offer you four weeks free coaching (8 coached sessions) to see if you like what we have to offer before you join the club.

The morning sessions work in conjunction with our evening runners who do the same or similar sessions in the evening and so if your work pattern is mixed you can still come along to either.
