Race for life Falkirk – Marshals and help required

We have had a request from the Race For Life organiser for this years event on 25th June at Callendar Park. They are looking for anyone willing to volunteer as course marshals at the event. From working at other Race for Life events that have support from local running clubs, it really makes a difference to their participants (usually beginner runners or walkers) to be encouraged and directed by experienced runners who know exactly how important good marshals are!

The event details are as follows:
Callendar Park (start/finish) – route also goes through Callendar Woods
25th June 2023
Shift times – 9.30am – 12.30pm
Full role briefing and hi-vis vest given on the day

You can either email Lauren Robertson direct on lauren.robertson@cancer.org.uk or you can also sign up online at: https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/get-involved/volunteer/help-at-an-event
