We had 4 of our endurance group runners travel to the Troon 10k recently. Conditions were a bit challenging but that didn’t stop them all running amazing. Jamie McAldine in 36.07, just off his new pb set at RTH. Katie Christie, a massive pb in 37.21 and was actually second female. Chris Torbet got a new pb in 39.38 and Katie Bennie smashing her pb to finish in 41.26.
