The order window for New Balance kit is open for the next 2 weeks and will close on the 8th of June. Orders for Competition kit can take around 4 weeks to be manufactured for the order window closing date. Currently there is no availability for hot pants or men’s shorts due to a change in the manufacturing material.

We are short of officials and helpers for this match and if anyone is able to assist on the day that would be a great help. Please contact me to let me know if you can. Athletes on the day just register themselves and collect numbers on arrival.

Relay Teams are interchangeable on the day before 3pm so if athletes wish to run if they decide amongst themselves and declare. Unfortunately I will not be there to team manage.

Relay Teams need to be finalised on the day for 3pm. Teams have not been picked just names have been placed in boxes to register all teams in each age group, however if we don’t have enough athletes wanting to compete in the relays they can be moved up age categories in order to field a complete team.

Thanks to our members and the generous people at Life Fit Wellness the club received a number of vouchers for treatments. We have decided the best way to offer these vouchers to the membership is through a silent auction for 1 week where members are invited to submit a bid to FVHpresident@outlook.com. To ensure the club get as much value out the vouchers to buy new equipment we have suggested a minimum stating bid of 50% of the Life Fit Wellness Value. I wish every one Good Luck and the bidding will close at Midnight on Sunday 26th Feb.
